Using her extensive experience, June has created Beautiful Stretches, a stretching program series that is simple and uncomplicated. Bringing a personalized touch directly to people’s homes, June shows how to stretch effectively and acquire the know-how on applying the right type of stretch exercises to target personal goals, and achieve a healthier and happier life.

Your personal mat is not only important for hygiene, but provides a familiar and private zone in which you can practice disciplines effectively on a personal level even while participating in class activities.
Care instructions for your mat
Recommend you wash your mat by hand in cool water with a mild detergent or follow care instructions of the brand you have chosen.
Roll your mat in a thick towel to squeeze out excess water. Do not twist or dry in the sun. Hang mat to air dry. Over time with proper care, your mat will increase in softness and stickiness.”
