    Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.

    Part 1 focuses on the introduction of foundational poses, with emphasis on alignment, to gradually build strength and flexibility. Please refer to the “what you need for your yoga practice” before commencing.

    Yoga props can come in handy during your practice. They provide additional support, help to steady your balance and access stiffer parts of your muscles. The type of props you will need also vary depending on the type of yoga class.
