Typically videos are released every 2 weeks.

How many classes are included in my subscription?

Currently in March 2025 there are 6 videos in the library and over the coming weeks and months more will be released

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time.

When you signed up you will have received an email confirming your subscription.
